Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies for a period of 10 years from the date of installation and guarantees that your flooring installation will be free from defects in workmanship, provided it has been properly cared for and maintained in accordance with our own care and manufacturers care guidelines.

What’s Covered

• Proper fitting of flooring materials

• Secure fixing of trims, scotia, and accessories

• Correct expansion allowances for seasonal changes

• Adherence to Australian Standards and manufacturer requirements

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Product defects (covered separately under manufacturer warranties)

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents

• Movement or damage caused by structural issues, water damage, or subfloor irregularities not evident at the time of installation

Making a Claim

If you believe there is an issue covered under this warranty, please contact Right Price Flooring with proof of purchase and installation date. Our team will arrange an inspection and, if covered, will repair or rectify the installation at no additional cost.
