We contacted Tina through Facebook marketplace after the original flooring company cancelled the day of installation. 2 mins later Tina had replied to my message, 90 mins later PJ was at the house showing samples and an hour later we had it locked in for 2 days time. This all being less than 2 weeks out from Christmas. To say that saved the day is an understatement.

After receiving 3 quotes from other flooring companies i was shocked at the cost to have hybrid flooring supplied and installed. I went into Right Price Flooring and the service from the second I walked in was amazing. Tina was easy to deal with, booked me in for a measure and quote and was knowledgeable regarding different flooring types. When I received the quote I was shocked. It was half the cost of all the other quotes I received. I had the floors installed last week and they look amazing. The installers were on time, polite, quick and did an amazing job. Not a single flaw and they cleaned up before leaving. I seriously don't understand how I got top quality flooring and service at half the price of 3 other flooring companies, goes to show how some other companys rip people off. PJ was happy to greet us when we walked in the door on our way to drop off a sample to another company. We had already had 2 quotes and PJ was excited that we had done this before coming to his business.

We showed PJ the sample we had and he pointed out how flimsy it was, he broke the end of the sample with little to no force, he challenged us to try to break his product, there was no way we could do it. He then showed us how the "sound proofing" of the hybrid slat was not really what we were told, it just gently peeled off the back. You could certainly see the difference in quality of the sample we had from another company to the products he was supplying.

PJ then gave us a quote we could not refuse, along with a date for installation on the spot. It was just so easy, I was waiting for that moment..... That never came!

Instead, we had Wei and his team come along and pull up 135m of carpet and underlay, along with the skirtings and lay the new hybrid flooring including the stairs in 6.5 hours! They were there to do a job and that is exactly what they did. They were so polite and when they finished moved our furniture back!

I would certainly recommend everyone to him, go and get quotes first, but don't commit to any until you have spoken to PJ!
