How It Works

If you receive a lower price on an identical, in-stock product from a reputable Australian flooring retailer, simply present us with a valid, official written quote.

Once verified, we’ll beat the competitor’s price. All price beats are subject to Management approval and must meet the terms outlined below.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a price beat:

• The product must be identical in brand, specifications, and quantity.

• The competitor’s item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase.

• The competitor must be a reputable Australian retailer with a physical storefront.

• You must provide an official quote (not just an advertisement or screenshot).

• The competitor’s price must include all applicable charges, including GST, delivery and handling fees.

Exclusions

The Price Beat Guarantee DOES NOT apply to:

• Trade quotes or commercial contract pricing

• Bulk, clearance, liquidation, or end-of-line stock

• Products offered with promotional bonuses, cashback offers, or bundled deals

• Items from online-only marketplaces (e.g. eBay, Amazon, Gumtree, Catch, Facebook Marketplace)

• Items from online exclusive flooring suppliers.

• Products from unauthorised or overseas sellers (grey market stock)

• Errors or misprints in pricing

• Ex-demo, refurbished, or display stock

• Quotes with non-standard terms, delivery conditions, or extended lead times.

Additional Terms

• All price beat requests are assessed at the discretion of the store manager.

• Requests must be submitted prior to purchase with a valid, official competitor quote.

• No written quotes or documentation will be provided by Right Price Flooring for price beat offers.

• Once a price beat offer is made, the sale must proceed immediately. If the purchase does not go ahead at that time, the price beat offer will be withdrawn.

• Price beat offers cannot be combined with any other discounts, bundle pricing, or promotional offers.

• Right Price Flooring reserves the right to verify competitor stock availability and pricing prior to approval.
