Payment Methods Terms & Conditions

At Right Price Flooring, we offer a variety of secure and convenient payment options to suit your needs. By proceeding with a purchase—either in-store or over the phone—you agree to the following payment terms, which apply in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions and Terms of Sale.


1. Accepted Payment Methods


We accept the following forms of payment:

  • Visa (instore only)

  • Mastercard (instore only)

  • American Express (AMEX) - (instore only)

  • EFTPOS (instore only)

  • Direct Deposit

  • Afterpay (on eligible purchases) - (instore only)


2. General Payment Terms


  • Materials Payment: Full payment for materials is required at the time of order. Materials will not be released, delivered, or installed until payment has been received in full.

  • Installation Balance: If your order includes installation, the remaining balance for labour is due immediately upon completion of the work. Payment must be made on the same day. Late payments may result in additional charges or service delays.

  • Supply-Only Orders: For supply-only purchases, full payment is required prior to collection or delivery.


3. Payment Method Conditions


Afterpay


  • Available only for eligible purchases.

  • Subject to Afterpay’s approval, terms, and conditions.

  • Payment is split into four equal interest-free instalments.

  • Late payment fees may apply.

  • May require payment of remaining balance using another method, depending on your Afterpay limit and/or sale total.


Direct Deposit


  • Must be paid into the bank account listed on your invoice.

  • Please include your invoice number as a payment reference.

  • Orders will not be fulfilled until the payment has cleared.


Card Payments


  • Payments are processed securely.

  • A surcharge may apply for AMEX or certain credit card types.

  • Card payments are only available instore.


4. Refunds and Adjustments


  • Refunds for cancelled orders, overpayments, or returned goods (if approved) will be processed via the original payment method.

  • Timeframes for refund processing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Payment Disputes


  • Any payment-related queries or disputes must be reported to our office as soon as possible.

  • We reserve the right to take appropriate action to recover unpaid amounts in accordance with Australian consumer and contract law.
