Promotional Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to all ongoing promotional offers, including but not limited to the Right Price Flooring VIP Club, social media competitions, giveaways, and in-store promotional discounts. By participating in any promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to our standard Terms & Conditions of Sale.

1. Eligibility

    •    Promotions are open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

    •    To qualify for the Right Price Flooring VIP Club, participants must:

    •    Follow and like Right Price Flooring on Facebook and Instagram.

    •    Share or repost promotional content as directed in the relevant promotional post.

    •    If there is any active or recent Facebook or Instagram post from Right Price Flooring during that week, participants must repost/share it on their own account to maintain eligibility.

2. VIP Club Benefits

    •    VIP Club members will receive access to:

    •    Exclusive VIP discounts on selected flooring products when advertised.

    •    Early access to selected sales and promotions before they are released to the public.

    •    VIP Club benefits are provided at the discretion of Right Price Flooring and may change from time to time.

    •    Exclusions:

    •    VIP discounts do not apply to end-of-line, clearance, or discontinued product ranges where reduced pricing is already in place.

    •    No further discounts will be given on products already on promotion, clearance, or discounted under the Price Beat Guarantee.

    •    VIP discounts and promotions cannot be combined with any other offer unless specifically stated in writing.

3. Promotional Offers

    •    All promotional offers are valid while stocks last and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.

    •    Discounts apply to the flooring product only unless otherwise stated. Installation, accessories, trims, scotia, underlay, and other services are excluded.

    •    Promotional pricing is available in-store only at 3/15 Aero Road, Ingleburn NSW, unless otherwise specified.

4. Competitions & Giveaways

    •    Where a promotion involves a competition or giveaway, entry details, start and end dates, and prize information will be provided in the relevant promotional post.

    •    Winners will be drawn fairly and contacted via the official Right Price Flooring social media accounts or directly via email/phone if details are supplied.

    •    Right Price Flooring will never request payment or sensitive information (such as bank details) from participants to claim a prize.

5. General Conditions

    •    Promotions are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

    •    Right Price Flooring reserves the right to verify the eligibility of participants and to disqualify entries that do not comply with these Terms.

    •    Right Price Flooring is not responsible for any technical issues (e.g., internet outages, platform errors) that may prevent participation.

    •    Right Price Flooring may amend, suspend, or cancel promotions at its discretion without liability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Right Price Flooring excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising out of participation in promotions or use of promotional benefits.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
