Right Price Flooring 10K Cashback Mega Draw – Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter is Right Price Flooring ABN 40 633 891 899 located at Ingleburn Showroom (3/15 Aero Rd, Ingleburn NSW 2565).

1.2 The promoter is responsible for conducting the Promotion and awarding the prize.

2. Promotion Name

2.1 This promotion is known as the Right Price Flooring 10K Cashback Mega Draw.

2.2 These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Promotion.

3. Promotion Period

3.1 The Promotion commences at 12.00am (NSW time) on 1 February 2026.

3.2 The Promotion concludes at 11.59pm (NSW time) on 30 April 2026.

3.3 Purchases outside this period are not eligible.

4. Eligibility

4.1 Entry is open to NSW residents aged 18 years and over.

4.2 Purchases in area (greater Sydney): Supply and Installation & Supply Only.

4.3 Out of area: Supply Only, customers to arrange delivery or customer to pick up from Ingleburn Warehouse.

4.4 A minimum spend of $2000 AUD applies.

4.5 Trade and retail customers are eligible.

4.6 Staff and staff family members/friends of Right Price Flooring are ineligible.

5. Eligible Products

5.1 Eligible products include Hybrid, Engineered Timber and Laminate flooring.

5.2 Purchases must be supply only or supply and install.

5.3 The invoice total must be at least $2000 AUD including GST.

6. Main Entry

6.1 One entry is awarded per eligible invoice.

6.2 In-store invoices entered upon signing.

6.3 Remote purchases entered by staff.

6.4 Cancelled or refunded invoices void entries.

7. Bonus Entries

7.1 Instagram follow +1 entry.

7.2 Facebook follow +1 entry.

7.3 Google Review +1 entry.

7.4 Like & Repost +1 entry.

7.5 Instagram photo post tagging Right Price Flooring +1 entry.

7.6 Facebook photo post tagging Right Price Flooring +1 entry.

7.7 Maximum 2 photo post entries per invoice. (clauses 7.4, 7.5)

7.8 Screenshots of bonus entries tasks must be texted to 0437 869 122 with name and invoice number.

8. Prize

8.1 One major prize of cashback up to $10,000 AUD.

8.2 Purchases under $10,000 AUD receive their invoice value as Cashback.

8.3 Purchases over $10,000 AUD receive a maximum of $10,000 AUD in Cashback.

8.4 Prize issued via bank transfer only.

9. Draw Details

9.1 The draw will take place on 7 May 2026 at the Ingleburn Showroom.

9.2 The draw is randomly selected.

9.3 Reserve entries may be used if required.

10. Winner Notification and Verification

10.1 Winner contacted by phone and email.

10.2 Winner must attend showroom in person.

10.3 Winner must present photo ID and customer copy of invoice.

10.4 Winner must provide bank details for prize transfer.

11. Prize Claiming and Unclaimed Prize

11.1 Winner has 14 days to claim prize.

11.2 Promoter will take reasonable steps to contact winner.

11.3 Unclaimed prize may be redrawn.

12. Changes to Rules

12.1 Right Price Flooring Reserves the right to update competition Terms & Conditions at any time. For Major changes, participants will be notified (e.g. change prize draw date)

12.2 If an authority is required, changes will be reported to NSW Fair Trading.

13. Advertising Compliance

13.1 Key rules will be clearly stated in all advertising.

13.2 Advertising will state where full Terms and Conditions can be accessed.

13.3 Advertising will not depict children.

13.4 Advertising will not imply guaranteed wins or financial gain.

14. Privacy

14.1 Personal information used for administration and marketing.

14.2 Managed per the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

15. Social Media Statement

15.1 Not sponsored or endorsed by Facebook, Instagram or Google.

15.2 Entrants provide information to Promoter, not to platforms.

16. Authority Requirements

16.1 If a trade promotion authority is required, the authority number will be displayed.

17. Governing Law

17.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
