Terms of Sale

At Right Price Flooring, we’re committed to delivering high-quality flooring, professional service, and expert installation. We hope you enjoy your new floors for many years to come.

By signing or accepting your invoice, you agree to our Store Policy, including the following Terms of Sale, which apply in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.


1. Warranty


All products sold by Right Price Flooring are supported by trusted manufacturers and installed by experienced professionals.


We proudly offer:

  • Full manufacturer’s warranty (as applicable to each product)

  • A 10-year installation warranty for flooring installed by our team


Warranty claims:


  • Keep your original invoice as proof of purchase

  • Register your product at www.rightpriceflooring.com.au

  • Follow our Care & Maintenance Guidelines to retain warranty coverage


2. Orders & Payment


  • Materials Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order

  • Installation Balance: The remaining balance is due on the day installation is completed

  • Supply-Only Orders: Must be paid in full before release or delivery of materials

3. Delivery


  • Delivery is available on request

  • Goods must be paid for in full before dispatch

  • Delivery fees apply


4. Storage


We can securely store your flooring until you’re ready for delivery or installation. Note: Full payment is required before any goods are placed into storage.


5. Furniture


If our team assists with furniture relocation:

  • Please ensure all small personal items are removed prior to installation day

  • Right Price Flooring is not liable for damage to furniture, decorations, or belongings

  • All electrical items must be disconnected and moved by the customer


6. Skirting Boards


If skirting boards are supplied and installed:

  • We do not provide painting or gap-filling services

  • Skirting is installed in a trade-ready condition only


7. Supply-Only Orders


If you choose to arrange your own installation:

  • Installation must comply with the product manufacturer’s specifications

  • Failure to follow correct procedures may void your product warranty


8. Change of Mind & Returns


To keep our prices competitive, we ask customers to choose carefully before placing an order.

  • Once submitted, all orders are final and paid for in full with our suppliers

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of collection or delivery

  • All returns require a valid Return Authorisation Number (RA) — phone us on (02) 8119 4422

  • Clearance and end-of-line items are not returnable under any circumstances


9. Consumer Law


Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.


You are entitled to:

  • A repair, replacement or refund for a major product failure

  • Compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

  • A repair or replacement for goods that fail to be of acceptable quality (if not a major failure)


You are not entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if:

  • You simply changed your mind

  • You found the product cheaper elsewhere

  • You decided you no longer liked or needed the product
