Registering your warranty is quick and simple, and ensures that your purchase is officially covered. It also allows us to provide you with aftercare support, tips, and easy access to your warranty details if you ever need them.

Steps to Register

Visit the Warranty Registration Page
Go to our official warranty page here: Warranty Registration Form.
Fill Out Your Details
Enter the required information exactly as it appears on your invoice:
- First & Last Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address (you’ll receive confirmation here)
- Invoice Number
- Invoice Date
- Project Address (where your flooring was installed)
Provide Your Flooring Information
- Flooring Type (Hybrid, Laminate, Engineered, etc.)
- Flooring Range Name (as listed on your invoice)
- Flooring Colour / Finish
Submit Your Form
Once completed, click submit. You’ll receive a confirmation email once our team validates your details.
